For 2010 on the KTM 990 SM has been split into the SM-T and SM-R. Which we think denotes Tour and Race.
The SM-T is a real all-rounder that hasn't lost it's self of fun. Don't let the Tour tag trick you, you will still want this bike to sound proper. It's no pipe and slippers touring bike. GPR sports exhaust for the SM-T still allow the fitting of the panniers and have removable db reducers so long trips remain civilised, if you like that sort of thing. They bolt to the original positions using their cnc machined billet aluminium flanges. Very professional.
The SM-R is the slightly madder, definitely badder brother. A big boys supermoto from the company that can lay claim to being king of the genre. Bolt on, slip on and a full system make up or range of exhausts for the KTM 990 SMR
